Once all materials are submitted, the creative work begins.
To give your project my full attention and keep our dedicated design days on schedule, all required materials must be submitted before your project begins. I’ll send you a clear preparation checklist during onboarding.
For website projects
For branding projects
Business information, brand questionnaire, creative preferences, and relevant existing materials must be submitted before your scheduled start date. You do not need to have a logo already.
Do I need all my content ready before we start?
Yes. All required copy, photos, business information, and existing brand assets (when applicable) must be submitted before your scheduled design start date. I provide a preparation checklist during onboarding. Your project timeline starts only after everything is received and your date is confirmed.
How long does the Brand + Website Experience take?
10 business days across two dedicated weeks: Week 1 is your brand identity, and Week 2 is your custom website. The schedule begins after onboarding and all required materials are complete. Delayed feedback may affect the launch date.
What platform do you use?
I build on WordPress for flexibility, and easy updates.
Can I make updates myself?
Yes. At the end of the project, you’ll receive a video so you know how to manage your site after launch.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Every package can be paid in full or in 4 monthly installments. A deposit is required to reserve your dates.
Is SEO included?
Google Search Console connection is included with every website. Keyword research and on-page optimization are available as the On-Page SEO add-on, starting at $750.
Do you offer bilingual websites?
Yes. I offer English–Spanish website setup using automatic translation technology. This includes installing and configuring a translation plugin, adding a language switcher, and testing both language versions for functionality and display.
Automatic translations may need proofreading for accuracy. Spanish proofreading is not included in the setup price but can be added at $75/hour. Third-party plugin subscription fees are separate.
Bilingual Website Setup starts at $399.
How do I reserve my dates?
Send an inquiry with the package you’re interested in. Once we confirm it’s a good fit, you’ll receive a link to choose your design week. Your dates are reserved once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. All content must be ready before your start date.
